P5 Fitness Challenge

Primary 5 are focusing on Fitness this term in PE. We completed a Fitness Test where we had to do sit-ups, press-ups, stretches, long jumps, shuttle runs and endurance running. We recorded our results and our challenge is to improve these results by the October holidays. Over the course of Term 1 we will work hard in PE to increase our fitness levels.  On Monday 6th October we will see if we have been successful by completing the Fitness Test again. We will let you know the results!!
