World Book Day!
After the disruption of the snow days, we decided to reschedule our World Book Day Celebrations and dedicate another day to reading!! Pupils and staff came to school in their pyjamas, and at our assembly we talked about the importance of sharing stories 'from breakfast to bedtime'. We launched brand new 'reading for enjoyment' books in all classes, and every child borrowed a book. The children had a fantastic day, and our activities reminded us all of how important reading is.
