Scottish Culture Days
Children and staff at Glendale thoroughly enjoyed their Scottish Culture Days which culminated on Friday afternoon with a wonderful ceilidh. Children learned all about the work of Robert Burns, and recited poetry and sang songs. Many had been working on their Scottish Country dancing skills during the week and lots of classes took part in some traditional dancing as well. We learned some Gaelic and tasted porridge!! We had a brilliant few days!! Thanks to all those involved!!
