World Book Day

Thursday 4th March will be an exciting day for the boys and girls of Glendale Primary. We are celebrating World Book Day by having an afternoon filled with stories and related activities. Everyone will be involved in listening to stories, reading fiction, poetry and non-fiction books. We hope to have lots of fun with books and stories, therefore the boys and girls will be involved in some kind of activity related to their book or story they have heard or read. Activities range from cooking to drama.
Your child will come home with their £1 book token on Thursday, which can be used at most book stores. We hope everyone has an enjoyable afternoon.
