Reusable Bags
We have been busy during Financial Education Week decorating reusable bags. We calculated that if you use standard plastic bags at 5p each for your weekly shopping you would spend between £30 and £40 per year on bags!
Each reusable bag costs between 6p and 10p but will last much longer. Some shops will even recycle and replace damaged bags for life free of charge.
We agreed that a bag for life is a much better investment!
