Winners in Primary 7/6
In October, the children in Primary 7/6 took part in a competition which was run by Pollokshields Heritage. The competition was a photographic one, and we had to look around Pollokshields to find interesting architecture. We went out for a long walk one crisp October morning and all took photographs of what we found that was interesting. Our photos were then submitted and winners were chosen. Mrs Lennie from Pollokshield Heritage came in to school yesterday to award the winners with their prizes. Our first prize winner will have her photograph make into posters used by Network Rail at our local stations, and a digital camera. Our runners up each were given a digital camera. Well done to all the children in P7/6 for taking part, and what wonderful prizes for our winners!
